Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that custom or personalized orders may take longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer standard and express shipping via Royal Mail, at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that Express shipping will not have a tracking number. 

Ensure that you have read our returns policy before choosing Express shipping.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your door.

 

Delays or Issues:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.
